Ingredients
- Noodles 50g boil for 9 mins
 - Birdeye Chilli crushed x 2
 - 75g Pork fillet steak sliced & fried in butter
 - One hand of boy choy steamed for 3 mins
 - Kewpie mayonaise
 
Method
- While the noodles boil for 9 minutes, chop the steak into strips & fry in butter. Also chop the bok choy and steam it in the microwave for 3 mins on high with a little water and sit for a further 3 mins. Crush the chillies with a morter & pesstle. Combine & serve with a dash of Kewpie mayonnaise on top.
