Ingredients
- 1 Chicken breast
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Carrot
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 onion
- 1 packet of Singapore noodles
- Drizzle of sriracha
- Drizzle of Keychap Manis
- Drizzle of soy sauce
- Teaspoon of garlic paste
- Teaspoon on ginger paste
Method
- Cook the chicken and onion in a pan until browned, add a drizzle of soy sauce to the pan to keep the chicken moist. While the chicken is cooking, place the noodles in water.
- When the chicken is cooked add the carrot and zucchini and the noodles.
- Add the sauces, sriracha, keycap manis, soy, garlic and ginger and mix. Add more of each sauce depending if you need more salty, sweet and spicy flavouring. Add the spinach once the sauces have mixed in with the rest of the dish.Dish up and enjoy!
