- Lo Bak (Turnip)
- Vegetable Oil
- Chinese Sausage
- Lee Kum Kee Chicken Stock Powder
- Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
Method
- Mix Water & Rice Flour. Set Aside. Sauté oil, shiitake mushrooms, Chinese sausage, dried shrimp. Add Grated Lo Bak, chicken stock powder, Water & sugar. Steam for 15 mins
- Serve with Oyster Sauce & Chili oil/sauce
- Eat Steamed or cut up & fry
