Ingredients
- 400g raw tuna diced
- 1x family sized minute rice
- 2x Lebanese cucumbers sliced thin
- 2x red radish sliced thin
- 2x grated carrots
- 1x 200g frozen pack edamame
- 200g thinly sliced cabbage
- 1x thumb sized ginger
- 200mm ponzu sauce
- Kewpie
Method
- Heat rice in microwave.Meanwhile, slice vegetables and grate carrot and ginger. Dice tuna and mix with ponzu sauce.Layer in a bowl with rice at the bottom followed by cabbage, Carrot, radish, cucumber, edamame and ginger. Top with marinated tuna and squeeze loads of Kewpie Mayo ontop!
