Chuck beef soup

Ingredients

• Beef cubes
• Bochchoy,string beans,onions leaks
• Sweet potato,sweet corn,cabages,pepper corns, squid fish sauce

Method

1. Boil beef according to tenderness desired adding onions pepper corns .splash OF squid fish sauce
2. When beef tenderness is achieved you may add corns and sweet potato till its cook add on the green vegetables
3. Squid fish sauce with lemon squeeze and some chillis goes very well with the dish as dipping sauce
