Ingredients
- 2 Cups Jasmine Rice
- 165 ml Coconut Milk
- 3 Kaffir Lime Leaves
- 350ml Water
Method
- In a rice cooker bowl, wash the jasmine rice with water three times and rinse until all the water is gone.
- Pour in 350 ml water and 165 ml coconut milk
- Add the kaffir lime leaves and turn the rice cooker on to the desired setting.
