- 1/2 cup Black Rice, Water, 200ml TCC Premium Coconut Cream (with extra for serving), 1 tbspn Desiccated Coconut, 1 tspn Jam/Honey, 1 tpsn Peanut Butter, 1 tpsn Cacao powder, Seasonal Fruits (eg figs, banana) to serve
- 1) Soak 1/2 cup black rice in 1 cup water overnight. 2) In the morning, rinse rice under running water. Drain water. 3) Bring rice and 1 cup of water to the boil in a saucepan. 4) Reduce heat to low, simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5) Add 1 cup TCC Premium Coconut Cream, simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6) Serve in bowls, sprinkling over desiccated coconut, dollops of jam/honey and peanut butter, cacao powder and topping with seasonal fruits (eg figs, banana). 7) Drizzle with extra TCC Premium Coconut Cream, as desired. Serves 2.
