- 1x can on coconut milk1x whole cauliflower 2x green capsicums2x green long chilies 1x teaspoon cumin powder1x teaspoon coriander powder.5x teaspoon cardamom powder1x teaspoon tumeric powder.5x brown onion1x diced tomato
- chop up onion and mix in pan with oil till brown. add spices and mix for a few minutes. add the chilies and tomatoes until they boil. add coconut milk and bring to the boil. add cauliflower and let it cook till it is half done, then add the capsicum. let it all cook together for about 10-15 minutes and then the dish is done.
