- Coconut milk, cream cheese, white chocolate melts, biscuit base, nectarines & pistachios.
- Process biscuits with coconut and melted butter. Form a base and chill. Heat coconut milk, add custard powder and icing sugar. Whisk in cream cheese and white chocolate melts. Pour into base and top with sliced nectarines. Serve scattered with pistachios and drizzle with maple syrup.
