Ingredients
- Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce for Coconut Curry Vegetables
- 3 cups vegetables (i.e. carrot, beans, peas, squash, zucchini)
- 1 tbs oil
- 1/4 cup cream
Method
- Cook vegetables in oil over medium heat until cooked as desired.
- Add packet of Lee Kum Kee Cocount Curry Vegetables sauce and stir through.
- Add cream to taste and heat through.
- Serve (can be served over rice if desired).
