Ingredients
- 600g sausages
- 1tbsp peanut oil
- 200g green beans
- Tin of valcom bamboo shoots
- 4 carrots, julienne
- Tin of satay sauce
- 5 fingers of asparagus
- Egg noodles
- 400ml coconut milk
Method
- Fry off sausages in peanut oil in large frypan, remove and slice into pieces
- Add sausage back in pan together with all vegetables, and bamboo shoots, fry for 10 minutes
- Add satay sauce and coconut milk into pan
- Whilst food simmering, add noodles to pan of hot water and boil for 2 mins. Strain noodles on cold water and add to serving bowl with other pan. Serve with chopped peanuts.
