- 2 cups TCC Coconut Milk,1/3 cup small pearl tapioca,1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp vanilla extract,1/2 cup maple syrup, Sliced fruit (mango/pineapple) to garnish
- Place tapioca and TCC coconut milk in a saucepan and soak for 20 minutes. 2. Add salt, heat over medium heat until simmering. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes until tapioca pearls are translucent and mixture has thickened. Stir frequently to avoid sticking. Add vanilla. 3. Once done, remove from heat and allow to cool 5-10 minutes. Pour or ladle into serving bowls and refrigerate until cool, the dessert will thicken while setting. 4. Prior to serving, pour maple syrup over for desired sweetness and add fruit garnish.Delicious, fast, healthy and flavoursome dessert!* The remainder of the TCC coconut milk can be used for a home-made shampoo which is natural and great alternative for hair care.
