Ingredients
- 1 packet Hakubaku Soba noodles
- 2 tbs sesame oil
- 1/4 tahini
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs mirin
- 2 tbs rice wine vinegar
- Toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 purple cabbage shredded
- 3 julienned carrots
- 1 bunch spring onions
Method
- Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl, whisk
- Chop vegetables
- Cook noodles, drain and rinse with cold water
- Combine all three into a large bowl, allow to cool before serving
