Ingredients
- Salmon, fresh, 1 piece
- 100g red cabbage
- 1 Lebanese cucumber
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1/4 avocado
- 200g Brown rice, microwavable
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1tbsp white sesame seeds
Method
- Thinly slice the red cabbage, rinse in water, drain and put in bowl. Add red wine vinegar and mix. Leave to stand. Peel and slice carrot lengthwise.
- Place salmon into airfryer on 180 for 10minutes.
- Wash and slice cucumber into thin rounds. Place packaged microwaveable brown rice into microwave and follow instructions.
- Now arrange everything into your bowl: Red cabbage, salmon, brown rice, carrot and cucumber, place avocado carefully beside the salmon.Now spread Kewpie Mayonnaise over the cooked salmon , sprinkle salt over cucumber and sesame seeds over everything and serve.
