- Chicken Thigh Fillets cut into cubes 500gms
- Onion - 1 cup
- ginger minced 1 tbl
- Garlic minced 1 tbl
- Valcom Thai Red Curry Paste - 1 bottle
- Corriander leaves (optional)
- Curry leaves (optional)
- Oil for saute
- salt as requied
Method
- Add oil and saute onion , ginger garlic and curry leaves
- Add Valcom thai red curry paste
- Let it simmer for 5 minutes
- Add chicken thigh fillets and let it boil
- Add Corriander leaves to finish off
- Serve hot with a bowl of steam rice
