Ingredients
- 500g Rump steak, cut in to cubes
- 6 Potatoes, cut into cubew
- 3 Carrots, cur into cubes
- 540ml water
Method
- Stir fry the beef and vegetables in a pot with some oil, until browned off.
- Add water and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx. 15min.
- Remove from heat. Nreak S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the pot. Stir until dissolved. Simmer approx. 5 min., stirring constantly.
- Serve over piping hot rice.
