Ingredients
- Yaki Nori
- Kewpie mayo
- Tinned tuna
- Cucumber
- Sushi Rice
- Sushi seasoning
- Salt
- Caster sugar
- Wasabi
- Soy sauce
Method
- Set Sushi Rice to cook in rice cooker
- Mix Tuna and Kewpie Mayo in a bowl
- Chop up Cucumber pieces
- Once rice cooked, mix in salt, sugar and Sushi seasoning
- Lay out Nori and spoon on rice
- Place Tuna and Cucumber on the rice. Top with a line of mayo
- Roll up Sushi roll. Cut into pieces
- Serve with soy sauce and wasabi
