- 2 cups of Basil Leaves* 1 and 1/2 half cups of Pasta* 1/3 cup of Peanuts* 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese* 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil* 1/2 cup Coconut Cream* 2 pcs of Garlic* 1 Tablespoon of Squid Brand Fish Sauce* 1 Tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee Soysouce* Pinch of Salt and Pepper* 6 Cherry Tomatoes wash and cut into half
- Cook the pasta as a direction in package, drain do not rinse return to dry pot cover the lid set aside.2. While pasta is cooking make the homemade pesto sauce, blend together the Thai basil leaves, olive oil, peanuts,garlic pinch of salt and pepper until are well combined and reach your desired consistency.3. Once finish the paste, prepare the soucepan into stove, put the coconut cream into soucepan boil in a minute and put the pasta, parmesan cheese,pesto paste, fish sauce,soy sauce add some water if needed.4. Turn down the heat and continue to stir to incorporate the cream and pesto pasta.5. Put in the bowl or plate and garnish some cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese, peanuts and decorate on top of fresh thai basil leaves. Enjoy!
