Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- sushi vinegar, mirin, sesame oil, seaweed sheet
- Tuna
Method
- cook your sushi rice and put some rice vinegar
- In a bowl mixed canned tuna, kewpie mayo, a lil bit of salt and pepper. Put a mirin and sesame oil into your sushi rice. Combined sushi rice and the tuna mayo then add the sesame seed or furokake seasoning ( optional )
- Get your Onigiri molder then put a small portion of rice and tuna mayo and rice then take the onigiri lid molder and put the cut seaweed in the onigiri rice.
