Ingredients
- Sushi Rice
- Obento Sushi Seasoning
- 2x canned tuna
- Cream Cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Avocado for garnishing
- Furikake for garnishing
Method
- Cut and fold Obento sushi seasoning to cooked sushi rice. Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise and mix with drained tuna. In a baking pan, scoop rice mixture and flat with a spatula. Try and season if necessary. Put on top the tuna mixture and bake for 15 minutes or until the top is bubbling and brown on the side. Serve with nori.
