Method
- Marinade the chicken breast with salt & pepper
- Take a piece of 80g marinaded chicken breast put into potato starch and make sure it’s completely stick the powder
- After that take out the chicken breast from potato starch and put into egg wash
- Lastly, put into panko bread crumbs after egg wash
- It’s ready to deep fry into 165•c fryer in 3 minutes
- Done. Serve it with kewpie mayonnaise
