
Ingredients
- 1 Rice paper sheet
- Crispy chicken tender
- Kewpie mayo
- 1 cup Sushi rice
- 1 tablespoon Sushi seasoning
Method
- Cook 1 cup sushi rice according to packet. Mix sushi seasoning in once cooked.
- Cut rice paper in half and place each half into deep fryer until fully puffed out. Place sushi rice on top.
- Top with crispy chicken and top with kewpie mayo.
