Ingredients
- 6 Seaweed sheets
- 100 gram of sushi rice
- 2 chicken schnitzel
- 1 avocado
- Kewpie Mayo
Method
- Using a rice cooker, pour rice in and cover with water.
- Cook for 15mins or until all water has combined with the rice.
- Whilst the rice is cooking pre heat over to 180 degrees and cook chicken schnitzel for 18mins
- Whilst waiting, cut the seaweed squares into circles and also cut the avocado up into slices.
- Once the rice is done let cool for 5 mins, then spread out across the seaweed and put into air fryer for 10mins with them standing up as taco shapes.
- Cut chicken into strips once done.
- When the air fryer is done, they should come out crispy, put all filling inside like a taco and top with kewpie mayo.
- Take a bite and enjoy!
