- Tasty Cheese

- Spring Onions
- Coriander
- Fried Onion (Store ready)
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
- Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
- Oil
- Lettuce
Method
- Finely slice one stalk of spring onion and toss in a heated pan with a drizzle of oil. Turn off heat and leave aside.
- Slice your Croissant to make a parting in order to stuff with your filling
- Now stuff your Croissant with cheese, finely sliced tomato, grated carrot & shredded lettuce.
- Marinate your vegetables in the bun with Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
- Garnish with your pan tossed spring onions, fried onion, coriander, salt & pepper.So simple, so easy and delicious!(You may choose to pop your Banh Mi in a warm oven for 5 minutes if you require your cheese to be melted)
