Ingredients
- 4 x Crumbed Chicken Schnitzels
- 1 x Japanese Golden Curry Mix
- 540ml Water
- Basmati Rice
- 1 Bunch Asparagus
- 1 Bunch Baby Broccoli
- Kimchi, to serve
Method
- Cook the crumbed chicken schnitzels in an air fryer for 20 minutes.
- While the schnitzels are cooking, make the sauce by mixing the curry mix with the water over heat until melted and combined.
- Cook the rice according to the packet directions.
- Steam the green vegetables.
- Slice the schnitzels and plate all ingredients.
- Serve with kimchi.
