Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- 300g chicken breast
- Golden curry mix
- Water
- Oil
- Panko bread crumbs
- Egg
- Flour
- Rice packet
Method
- Cut chicken to desired size
- Whisk egg for battering
- Batter chicken, in flour, egg and then bread crumbs.
- Cut potatoes and carrots to desired size and bring water in a sauce pan to boil
- Boil potatoes and carrots until soft
- Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden brown
- Add golden curry mix to water and stir constantly
- Heat rice packed in microwave
- Serve and enjoy
