Ingredients
- 300g Pork mince
- Tin of Water chestnuts
- 2 carrots cut up
- Handful of corn
- Teriyaki sauce of preference
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 cube chicken stock
- 1 cup frozen brocolli
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Heat up pan and add mince teriyaki sauce and water chestnuts. Cover and cook on low.
- In the meantime add 1 cup of rice, 2 cups of water and remaining ingredients to a microwave, safe bowl and cover and heat for 7 1/2 minutes.
- Once microwave is finished, take out and put on bench and cover with a teal towel for 10 minutes, or until all water is absorbed.
- Take mints off stove and set aside. Create a bowl of rice and add mints on top. Add more salt and pepper, if desired.
