Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 x 200g packet of frozen edamame beans
- Handful of chopped coriander
- White or black sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons of obento ponzu sauce
- 1 x Table spoon fried onions
Method
- Boil kettle and place frozen edamame beans in enough boiled water to cover.
- Cut cucumber lengthwise into quarters and then cut into 1cm thick pieces
- Chop coriander into chunky pieces
- Once boiled water has cooled, rinse edamame beans and sift.
- Add all of above into a bowl and mix with sesame seeds and sprinkle with fried onions to garnish
