Cucumber salad

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3/4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3/4 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp chili oil
- 1/2 tbsp garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM SOY SAUCE
Method
- Cut cucumber to desired thickness. Place in bowl of choice mix through salt and allow to soak for 10-15 minutes.
- Once rested rinse under water ensuring majority of the salt is removed.
- Combine all other ingredients in a bowl, once throughly mixed add your sliced cucumber and enjoy!!
