Cucumber sushi roll

Cooked sushi rice in accordance to rice cooking instructions, let rice cool down;
Cut cucumbers into long strips;
Mix cool sushi rice with Obento Sushi Seasoning in accordance with the instructions on bottle;
Use sushi making mat, lay down a sheet of roasted seaweed, add sushi rice, spread rice evenly on the roasted seaweed sheet;
Put a cucumber strip in the middle;
Wrap cucumber strip with seaweed sheet and rice, close off roll and enjoy.
