Ingredients
- 1 whole medium cucumber
- 3 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- 285g chilli tuna or tuna in spring water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Sprinkle of chives
- 1 tbsp pickled ginger
- 1 yaki nori for sushi sheet cut into slices
- Optional; 1 tsp MSG
Method
- Collect ingredients together. Cut cucumber into thin slices. Halve avocado & cut one half into cubes. Slice chives into small pieces. Add all ingredients to bowl.
- Add to the same bowl tuna, kewpie mayo, soy sauce, sesame seeds, ginger & MSG (optional) combine all ingredients together.
- Cut yaki nori into bite sized portions. Place cucumber salad mix onto yaki nori as you eat & Enjoy!
