- 1 Lebanese cucumber
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 can of tuna
- 1/4 of a red onion
- 1/4 cup of edamame beans
- Sriracha
- Kewpie Mayo
- 1/2 an avocado
Method
- Slice cucumber and red onion
- Dice avocado
- Boil edamame beans
- Add tuna, alfalfa sprouts, avocado, cucumber, red onion, sriracha and kewpie mayo into a bowl and mix
