Ingredients
- 12 Beef Sausages
- 1tbs Olive oil
- 5 medium sliced carrots
- 2/3 cup peas
- 1pk Golden curry mix
Method
- Cut raw sausages into bite sized pieces
- In a large frypan lightly brown sausage pieces in a tbsp of olive oil
- Once lightly browned add in sliced carrots, peas, 500ml water
- Let simmer for 15 minutes until sausage is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Turn off heat and add curry mix. Mix until dissolved. Return to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes
- Serve with mashed potato and steamed broccoli
