Ingredients
- 200g beef
- 100g fish ball
- Half onions
- 1 tsp oil
- 100g white radish
- Half long chilli
Method
- Cut and soak beef brisket for 2hrs and boil it for 20mins
- Heat wok and pour 1 tsp oil, add onions and stir fry for 1 mins
- Add Golden Curry 1 piece and stir fry until soft
- Add beef and fish ball, stir fry and add the beef soup
- Cool for 20 mins and add cut radish then cook for another 10 mins
- Add salt if to blend
