Ingredients
- 200g oyster mushrooms, torn into bite-sized pieces150g green beans from frozen pack1 small carrot, peeled and thin slice or dice2 small potatoe, peeled and thin slice or dice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil3 cups vegetable broth (or water)1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)1 tbsp mirin (optional)50g / 3 servings Golden curry (see pack or adjust to taste)1 small piece chocolate (dark preferred)
- Fried Pork chop (chicken schnitzel or grilled salmon to be substituted)
Method
- Add oil and stir fried oyster mushrooms and green beans, carrot and potato
- Add soy sauce, mirin, water and curry powder.Simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Ladle the curry over steamed rice and enjoy!
