Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- 1tbsp vegetable oil
- Onion
- Carrot
- Potato
- Garlic
- Chicken stock
- Japanese curry mix ( golden curry )
- Wheat spirals
Method
- Cut the chicken and all the vegetables into pieces. Stir-fry chicken and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on high heat for approx. 5 min.
- Add water and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx. 15 min.
- Turn the heat off, break japanese curry mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until curry mix has completely melted. Simmer for approx. 5 min., stirring constantly.
- Add the ready to eat wheat spirals into the skillet and mix
