Ingredients
- 150 gms mince pork
- 150 gms peeled raw prawns
- 150 gms wonton wrappers
- Seasoning 1 tsp sesame oil.1 tsp oyster sauce.1/2 tsp salt.1/2 tsp sugar.1/2 tsp minced garlic.1 tsp cornflour.1/8 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 100 gms bean sprouts
- 6 leaves bok choy
- 6 peeled raw prawns
- 100gms Malaysian curry paste
- 200 mls coconut cream
- 400 mls water
- 400 gms udon noodles
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Coriander & red capsicum for garnish
- Salt & sugar to taste
Method
- Wonton Filling.Mince prawns coarsely.Add mince prawns, mince pork & onions in a bowl.Add all ingredients listedin seasoning.Mix it well & leave aside
- Prepare Curry sauce.Fry oil & curry paste.Add water & coconut cream.Let it simmer for15 minsAdd salt & sugar to taste
- Wrap WontonsPlace 1 tsp of filling in the middle of wonton, wet the edges with water. Fold it over, seal it & wrap it to yrdesired shape.Place wontons on a plate
- Blanch blanch sprouts, bok choy& prawns.Cook udon noodles as per instructions on packet.Cooked wontons inboiling water till cooked.Place all above in a bowl.Pour hot curry sauce over it.Garnish with coriander & capsicum
