Ingredients
- Boiled Sausages (12)
- Frozen vegtables (2 cups)
- Rice (1.5 cups)
- The most important ingredient S&B golden curry
- Water (540ml)
Method
- In a big saucepan boil 12 sausages takes 15 minutes once water is boiled. In another saucepan put your frozen Vegetables on takes 8-10 minutes when boiled.In your rice cooker put your 1.5 cups of rice & 3 cups of water and let it cook.
- Once your sausages are done, drain and chop up in bite size pieces. Put your sausages back into the saucepan l, drain and put your vegetables in the same saucepan as the sausages.
- Break up your golden curry into smaller pieces and put in the saucepan with the rest of the ingredients and add 540ml of water. Boil on high for approx 15 minutes or until sauce is thick. Serve on your bed of rice and enjoy
