Ingredients
- Capsicum
- 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
- 1kg of chicken
- 160g of rice
- Valcom curry paste Thai panaeng half of jar
- Cup of mixed vegetables
- Salt and pepper
- Can of coconut milk
Method
- Cut the chicken into cubes then cook it in a pan with olive oil until brown then put aside
- Put half of jar of valcom curry paste into pan with olive oil and cook until you can smell aroma then add coconut milk
- Add chicken back to pan with cut up capsicum and mixed vegetables then add salt and pepper to taste
- Cook rice then serve
