- Tcc coconut cream,Mango,Honey,Dessicated coconut,Blueberries.
- Place tcc coconut cream in the fridge for 4 hours prior to using for best results. Blend coconut cream , tablespoon of honey and flesh of 2 mango (save a little mango for sauce) Place mix into ice cream machine for 30-40 minutes. While you wait, toast coconut in the oven, set aside. Blend some blueberries with left over mango, freeze in a container, put some in shallow flat container (like a container lid) for garnish. For serving, start with a smear of berry sauce followed by your icecream scoops. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top and add garnish detail of berry sauce slices from shallow container and some blueberries. Enjoy :)
