Ingredients
- 400 g skin off Salmon fillet
- 100 g edamame
- 500 g sushi rice
- Kewpie roasted sesame
- Kewpie Roasted Sesame spicy flavour 3 tb
- Seaweed 100g
- Diced cucumber 100g
- Sliced tomate 200 g
- Salt
- Ginger
- Soy sauce
- Lemon
- Olive oil
- Crunchy shallots
Method
- Cook the rice (without salt) in a steam cook machine and keep it there until all the water evaporate and set aside. dice the cucumber and slice the tomatoes.
- Pre heated the oven, when hot put olive oil. Grilled the salmon portions with salt and tiger until it is crunchy. In a small dish mix soy sauce with juice from 1/4.
- In a bowl add a generous rice base and put the salmon with all the ingredients: soy sauce, cucumbers, tomatoes,crispy shallots, edamame, seaweed and Kewpie.Enjoy
