Ingredients
- 4 chicken schnitzels (cooked)
- 1 1/3 cup long grain rice (cooked)
- 300g broccoli
- 1 large onion
- S&B Golden Curry Japanese Curry Mix Mild 92g
Method
- Stir fry the vegetables for 2-5 minutes, add 540mL of water and simmer for 5 minutes. Break up and add the S&B Golden Curry Japanese Curry Mix. Reduce heat and continue stirring for 5 minutes until thickened
- Put the rice in a bowl, add curry and vegetables and top with sliced chicken schnitzel.
