Ingredients
- 600 g pork mince - season with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 teaspoon ginger & garlic
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin
- 1/3 cup oyster sauce
- 2 shallots
- 1 small red chili
- 1 cup mushrooms finely diced
- 1/2 onion finely diced
- 1 bunch choi sum (or any other Asian green vegetable)
- 1/4 red capsicum cut in chunks
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- A very generous amount of chopped coriander leaves and stems (1/4 cup approx )
Method
- Heat wok and fry onions, garlic and ginger, shallots, mushrooms….and add seasoned pork mince and stir fry.
- Add hoisin, oyster, soy sauce & fish sauce, cooking wine. Allow to simmer and add the capsicums and green vegetables. Add coriander
- Toss and turn and plate into a delightful Asian dish. Garnish with extra chili and shallots, sliced chili and extra coriander.
