Ingredients
- Obento Nori Seaweed rolls
- Sushi rice, Obento Nori rolls, salmon, cucumber, capsicum
- Oil and Obento Sushi seasoning sauce (approx a tablespoon to two cups of cooked, cooled sushi rice)
Method
- Cook rice, let it cool. Set up Sushi seaweed and mat.
- Put sushi seasoning sauce in rice, put rice in sushi maker (Kmart sushi kit is great!) then add salmon, cucumber and capsicum in the middle - up to you how you add the filling.
- Put rice sushi roll onto the Obento sushi seaweed roll, wet seaweed a little bit when rolling the sushi up either a bamboo mat. Let sushi sit for a few minutes until seaweed is not crispy. Cut sushi roll into slices about a 1.5cm thick with a wet knife. Serve and enjoy!
