Ingredients
- 1 sheet Obento Yaki Nori for sushi
- 1/2 cup cooked white rice, slightly cooled
- 1 can tuna chunks in spring water, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Dash of cracked pepper (optional)
Method
- Add drained tuna to a small bowl, add mayonnaise and cracked pepper. Mix until combined. Leave aside.
- Place one nori sheet on a cutting board, shiny side down and spread the cooked rice on top, leaving an inch gap at the end of the sheet for sealing the roll.
- Spread the tuna mixture on the rice towards the bottom of the nori sheet and roll it up tightly, using water to seal the end.
- Slice with a sharp knife and enjoy.
