- Tbsp Cooking oil2 tbsp Valcom green curry paste300g diced chicken thighs 1 can (400ml) coconut milk1/2 cup Frozen peas1/3 cup chopped broccoli Serve with white rice
- In a wok heat cooking oil and green curry paste for 1 min. Add the diced chicken and cook through. Add broccoli and frozen pea and stir in with chicken and curry paste. Add the coconut milk and bring to a simmer, reduce heat and cook for 5min. For the rice boil kettle, 1 cup rice to 2 cup water in heavy base pot, put lid on and reduce heat and cook for 12min. Delicious.... enjoy!
