Ingredients
- 1 cup sushi rice
- Nori wraps
- 2 crumbed chicken schnitzels
- 1 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- red, yellow and green capsicum
- Sesame seeds
- 1 avocado
- Kewpie mayo
- Olive oil
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per instructions on packet, set side and allow to cool.
- In meantime pan fry chicken in olive oil. Once cooked also set aside to cool.
- Prepare sushi ingredients, slicing everything into thin strips.
- Place nori on a flat surface and spread out rice, chicken and veggies evenly across the nori.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and add kewpie mayo.
- Roll and thinly slice.
