Ingredients
- 2 cooked pork sausages sliced
- 1 cup frozen stir fry vegetables
- 2 TBSP Valcom green curry paste
- 2 TSP olive oil
- 1 mango cheek sliced
Method
- Heat green curry paste and oil in medium fry pan on medium heat till fragrant.
- Add vegetables, toss till defrosted. This should take about 5 minutes.
- Add sausage and mango, heat through and serve.
