Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil
- 4 cups of rice (cooked)
- 250gms of bacon (diced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 6 x eggs (scrambled)
- 2 cups of mixed veggies (cooked)
- 2 tbsp of vegeta gourmet stock
- 2 tbsp of mushroom soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of ABC sweet soy sauce
- Spring onion (garnish)
- 1/4 cup milk
Method
- Put your rice in the rice cooker to cook. While that’s cooking, mix the eggs with the milk and scramble in a pan until cooked and lightly browned. Take off heat once done.
- Dice bacon & onion, put 1 tbsp of oil in pan and fry onion and bacon until cooked. Add in the rice and another tbsp of oil and mix together.
- Add in mixed veggies, both sauces and stock and mix until all rice is covered and veggies are cooked.
- Dish up and garnish with spring onion.
