Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 500 gr white mushrooma
- 3 cubes of Golden Curry
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 2 tbsp morrocan seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
Method
- Start by chopping the vegetables and aromatics.
- In a small pan, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil and sautéed your onions, garlic and pepper
- Add the aromatics to your slow cooker pot and add your chopped vegetables followed by 4 cups of water.
- Add the Moroccan Seasoning and a pinch of salt.
- Place on high for 2 hrs or until the vegetables are soft.
- After 2hr, add 3 cubes of the Golden Curry and leave it on high for another 30 mins. Stir every 10 mins and ready to serve.
